Last Updated: March 5, 2026

RightNow AI, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on runinfra.ai (“Site”) and the RunInfra platform (“Service”). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and your choices regarding their use.

By continuing to use our Site and Service, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

I. WHAT ARE COOKIES

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide information to site owners, and improve the user experience.

Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (remain on your device until they expire or you delete them). Cookies can be set by the website you are visiting (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party services operating on that website (“third-party cookies”).

  • Supabase, authentication tokens for secure sign-in
  • Vercel, web analytics (anonymous, no personal data)
  • Stripe, payment processing fraud prevention (only on checkout pages)

These third parties have their own cookie and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

  • Vercel Privacy Policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy

IV. MANAGING COOKIES

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:

  • View what cookies are stored on your device
  • Delete all or specific cookies
  • Block all cookies or third-party cookies
  • Set preferences for certain websites

Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using RunInfra's authenticated features (pipeline builder, deployments, API management). The Site will still load, but you will not be able to sign in.

Browser-Specific Instructions

  • Chrome:Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari:Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

V. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. There is currently no universal standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, we already limit our tracking to essential operations and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

VI. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our business operations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
