No. RunInfra takes no equity and asks for nothing beyond honest product feedback. The case study option is separate and entirely optional.

Can existing customers apply?

No. The program is for new RunInfra customers. Applications and awards are reviewed per company and remain subject to approval.

What do the credits cover?

Program credits are subject to approval. Approved credits cover optimization runs, benchmarks, test inference, and GPU time used by deploys. When a balance runs out, usage moves to standard pay-as-you-go pricing, and we never auto-charge unless a payment method is on file.
